Second this - integration with Vault (also the Hashicorp Enterprise version) and also CyberArk would be very useful.

This would be extremely useful for us also, since we now have a massive number of environments and don't want to have to start looking at tenants etc.
Environment groups with associated permissions - surely this is a must-have if OD is going to be an enterprise-class tool?

Ditto - we're in the same boat. We want to avoid getting managers out of bed at 4a.m. on a weekend just to have them click a button on an approval step.
It would be superb if this could be implemented soon.

+1 from me also.
What would also be useful here is to have the concept of non-skippable step (apart from the manual intervention steps of course).
Our scenario - we currently have steps that have to go at the beginning and end of all of our deployments for SOX compliance reasons. We want to give the devs access to modify their own processes, but these particular steps must always be there and mustn't be allowed to be skipped by the users.
Some way of making that happen would be great.

Agreed - the ability to set Anonymous Authentication on the app pool from the UI when creating an IIS app would be perfect.

SAML authentication would also be useful - every other tool in our CI/CD toolchain supports it, but not Octopus. If you're going to be taken seriously as an enterprise-level tool, you need to start implementing this kind of thing folks.
