        Nithin are you talking about in the release page? If so then the deployment status should already be visible, including if it's paused for manual intervention (icon looks like an eye). Could you log a ticket through supportoctopus.com along with screenshots so that we can investigate?

        Thanks for getting in touch.

        Yes we agree. That information is now hidden behind the "This lifecycle has 15 environments | SHOW" button, because we collapse that lifecycle table when the number of environments is greater than 7.

        In the case of manual intervention (when action is required), this should either not collapse the lifecycle table or show a warning to let you know that action is required and that you need to expand lifecycles.

        We've created a [GitHub issue here](https://github.com/OctopusDeploy/Issues/issues/4022) that you can track to be notified when a fix is available.
