skip step
It would be good if you skip a step when deploying to the staging environment, that the release saves this skipped step somehow. So that when I promote the release to the live environment the same step will automatically be skipped.

Would like set a default state of a step to SKIPPED. This is useful for having a rollback data step that we can run when retreating to a prior release (if the new release does not work out).
