Manually force retention policies on tentacles
Currently, retention policies are applied at the end of a deployment only. It might be good to have a way to force retention policies on tentacles outside of the context of a deployment. Maybe a button on Configuration -> Retention -> Top right corner, specific for tentacles.

This is quite an important issue for us. We have lots of web apps that are deployed and then perhaps not touched for some time when development support is stopped.
Unfortunately these were setup with default retention policies that mean we have several GB of unused files sitting around in the Octopus directory on each server and we don't want to have to redeploy to clear them.
At the very least, an Octo.exe command that we could run to tell a tentacle to do this. Or some documentation confirming which files can be safely deleted from Tentacles.
