indicate if a release had skipped process steps
we want to quickly identify if a release had skipped process steps.
Some kind of icon or status color.

A great idea! The Problem is still in 3.12.1 present.
If a step is skipped (e.g. no machine in the environment has the specific role), the step will displayed as green and ok. A new icon or color would help to identify skipped steps that should have ran.
