We have a brittle in-house deployment solution that has monitoring built in. We would like to move away from this tool and this is the final feature that would make it an easy internal sell.

This is an amazing idea. I'm currently investigating different ways of monitoring applications across environments. I like the look of NServiceBus Pulse but that only works for NServiceBus endpoints. I would prefer a centralised solution that worked across all our deployed applications.
