Add AuthorEmail to Octopus.Release.Package.Commits and Octopus.Deployment.Changes.Commits
A concept of a commit generally includes author information, however this information does not seem to be currently available in Octopus.
Having commit author in Octopus would be useful for notifications during deployment process, and for attribution in release notes.
