Allow wildcards in subscription fields
For installations with lots of things it would be helpful to filter subscription events by wildcards. For example, "Prod*" environments to include all production environments.

For installations where the names are standardized and there are many projects\environments and more are always getting created, subscriptions without this feature lose a lot of their value
