Request:
I can make fantastic use of a freeform text / description / notes field on the Overview or Process page.

Reason:
We have a few steps that seem "random" to a casual user, but have very specific OD reasons they exist. (Services that aren't started in a DR datacenter). Sometimes we have QA folks that aren't OD experts look at our process and ask us questions, if I could document at a high level what is occurring they might read it and not have to ask us questions.
