Clone a LifeCycle

There should be a way (via the user interface) to clone a LifeCycle.

    This would be great. I'm surprise this hasn't already been implemented.

    It seems really weird to me that there's no ability to either clone a lifecycle OR have a per-project lifecycle which can be an overridden version of an existing lifecycle. If I want a different lifecycle for each of my projects, it's annoying to have to create a brand new lifecycle for each one.
