  2. Apply auto-refresh across the board

Auto refresh is working on the task details and home page, and it should be extended to work on all pages.

  5. Provide a Docker Image for Octo CLI

I want an alpine linux or failing that a small debian image with the octo CLI installed. I never want to have to install something ever again.

  6. Avoid serialization when entering date values in variables

If you enter the value "9999-12-31T23:59:59Z" Octopus will automatically convert it to "12/31/9999 11:59:59 PM".

Perhaps there could be a way to handle this more gracefully for users that need the value exactly as they put it?

  7. Add support for optionally dumping all Octopus variables / values to log file

Add support for optionally dumping all Octopus variables / values to log file for a given process step. This would help tremendously when troubleshooting.
