Allow creation of machine targets without an agent running

I currently host all of my projects on Azure Websites, i know i can deploy them via a ftp upload, however, I am unable to use Octopus to release them as I am required to have a machine target, however my machine target is a website hosted at azure that i don't have access to the machine

Would be nice to be able to create a machine target that does not require an agent running, only used to run powershell scripts, or ftp upload etc

As of the 2018.5 release, you can now model your Azure Web Apps as targets. There is more information in our docs (octopus.com/docs/infrastructure/azure/web-a..).
We have also added the ability to create those targets dynamically, just as easily as you would in Azure using PowerShell. More information is in the docs also – octopus.com/docs/infrastructure/dynamic-inf…
