Hide the "un-tenanted" release goup
It would be nice to hide the "un-tenanted" group of releases shown on the dashboard and project overview, if the project is configured as "require a tenant for all deployments". We don't want to delete these old releases, but they are no longer relevant to us and interfer with the information shown on the dashboard.
See https://github.com/OctopusDeploy/Issues/issues/3169 for our plan and a workaround to get you started right now!
We've turned this suggestion into a GitHub Issue and are planning to provide a better way to handle this transition: https://github.com/OctopusDeploy/Issues/issues/3169
That Issue provides a script you can use to achieve the same results right now.
I was wondering, in what period of time is an release seen a no longer of interest?
The latest deployment is a month ago onto the un-tenanted enviroment.
The dashboard no longer shows the untenanted deployments. However, the project overview still does. We don't want to delete these deployments are they are key parts of the projects history.
In saying that, they are confusing to look at as of today since we now follow the multi-tentanted deployment process and untenanted deployments are dead to us now.
We have untenanted deployments still showing on the project overview going back as far as July 2016.
Hi! The dashboard will continue to show the untenanted deployments until they are no longer of interest for the dashboard. One workaround to this is to delete the untenanted deployments of that Project directly from the database once you have moved to "tenanted deployments only".
Now that it's been a few months, has the untenanted row disappeared?
